Professor Jacqueline Labbe is Pro-Vice-Chancellor for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Sheffield, where she also holds a Chair in Romantic-Period Literature.
As Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Labbe is responsible for two schools and four departments including Archaeology, English, History, Philosophy, Music, and Languages and Cultures.
She is also leading on the development of the next University Strategic Plan as well as the implementation of a central University Doctoral Academy.
Prof. Labbe is the author of four monographs, the editor of several collections of essays, and has published numerous articles in the fields of British Romanticism and Nineteenth-Century Children’s Literature.
